Services
Monica Marshelle provides professional services including, but not limited to:
Online vocal coaching
Wedding performances
Corporate entertainment
Private event performances
Church and special event performances
All services are subject to availability.
Bookings
A booking is not confirmed until:
A signed agreement has been received (when applicable).
Any required retainer or payment has been received.
Written confirmation has been provided by Monica Marshelle.
Payment
Payment terms will be outlined in your invoice or performance agreement.
For live event bookings, a 30% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your event date.
The remaining balance is due 14 days before the scheduled event, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Vocal Coaching
Lessons begin and end at the scheduled time.
Clients arriving late will receive the remaining lesson time. Lessons will not be extended due to late arrival.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please refer to the Refund & Cancellation Policy for complete details regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate booking information and communicating any important event details in a timely manner.
For live performances, clients are responsible for providing any agreed-upon venue access, parking information, and other event logistics necessary for the performance.
